Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Beaver Creek Vineyards – Martin Pohl Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Beaver Creek Vineyards – Martin Pohl Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only. Wine cannot be delivered to post office boxes.

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Minimum Purchase

No minimum purchase is required.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except AL, DE, HI, MS, KY, OK, PA, SD, UT. If Beaver Creek Vineyards – Martin Pohl Wines is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Beaver Creek Vineyards – Martin Pohl Wines.

Shipping Costs

Beaver Creek Vineyards – Martin Pohl Wines carrier of choice is United Parcel Service and all parcels are shipped Ground. *Note – the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.

Terms of Wine Club:

By joining our wine clubs, you understand and agree that:
– You and the recipient of each wine release must be at least 21 years of age. State laws require an adult signature at the time of delivery, so please ship to an address where someone over the age of 21 will be able to sign for your order.
– Wine cannot be delivered to post office boxes.
– Your commitment to Organic Wine Club is for at least one year and continues on per shipment basis until your written request to discontinue. There is a $50 cancellation fee within a year(4 orders).
– You authorize Beaver Creek Vineyards to charge your credit card automatically for each wine club release.
– Beaver Creek Vineyards must be notified of changes to your email address, billing and/or shipping information at least two weeks in advance of the next scheduled release.
– You are responsible for charges related to misdirected or returned shipments if we do not have written record of your request to update your information.
