Fumé Blanc & Herb Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
- Beaver Creek Vineyards Fumé Blanc
- 2 pounds organic carrots
- Organic olive oil
- Primal Kitchen organic all purpose seasoning
- Salt & pepper
Directions
1. Cut carrots in half lengthwise.
2. Drizzle with organic olive oil.
3. Sprinkle with @primalkitchenfoods organic all seasoning spice.
4. Arrange with cut side down.
5. Gently pour enough Beaver Creek Biodynamic Fumé Blanc Cook to cover the bottom of the underside of the carrots.
6.Cook at 375 until desired tenderness. We like them tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
